My husband & I and our neighbors decided to try the Ukrainian Buffet at Saskitoba. It was amazing..all the food was so tasty. All the buffet items that they had were EXCELLENT. The staff were all so friendly and made you feel so welcomed. Will certainly go back again. It is a very nice Diner.

Love, love, loved this place. I’ve been looking for a place that served Ukrainian food as good as my mother used to make. Very delicious and made right. The Holubysi was made with the right rice and bacon. Their in-house made pickles and beets…I could live one these! The Perogie dough was light and thin; you’re not chewing on a lump of dough. The meatballs and that ham…I need their recipe! My only complaint, and a very minor one, my mother would put more cottage cheese for the filling of the Pyrizhky. That’s not saying they weren’t tasty though. I ate about 8 of them. Just nothing ever compares to your mother’s cooking. But do they ever come close!!!

The food was so delicious! I wish they had borscht at the buffet because I love it, but there were so many options. Everything was delicious. I'm not a nachynka fan, but the nachynka at Saskitoba was delicious! And the pickled beets were so so so good.The staff were very friendly and price was really good! I think I may save my time making perogies and just come here instead!

This has become a regular supper place for my friends and I. We've all introduced other people to this lovely little diner in Nisku and they've all been very happy we did. The food is always amazing. So happy that they're celebrating their 3rd anniversary and I hope they'll be around for many more years.

Went here for the Ukrainian food buffet and was not disappointed. These people are true blue Ukrainian and doing the food right. Delicious.Candy, one of the owners, said that she and her daughters make all the Ukrainian food themselves and having seen the food on the buffet I would not doubt that, it all looks and tastes home made. Candy happened to be serving our table and we received excellent service, but she was also very friendly and fun and wanted to know how our experience was.If, like me, you had a grandmother who cooked you Ukrainian food growing up and she has since passed on, you will be very happy eating here. Cannot recommend this place enough.

First time at Saskitoba and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Ukrainian food and music. Will become a regular here!

For working man who wants a hot lunch that's tasty, fast and affordable, this is the PERFECT place to go. I just had my first experience there half an hour ago and it went like this: I walked in and told the lady I heard they did take out. She asked if I wanted menu or buffet so I asked about the buffet. For 21$ she gave me TWO containers and explained one was for lunch and the other was for desert. I then over to the buffet and was very happy with the selection. After dishing up a hearty lunch and some build your own" strawberry shortcake

Fantastic food. Great value for money. Just be good and only take what you will eat. If it’s something new to you get just one and go back for more rather than wasting this delicious homemade food. Desserts were fantastic too. You will be full!
